Welcome to my newest adventure...

Starting a new business is always exciting and fun, but a bit scary and nerve racking at the same time. After doing Daycare, Mary Kay, and My own Jam/Jelly business, I decided it was time to follow my heart and do Photography.
I am very excited to introduce Natures Backdrop Photography to you!
I hate the way that most photo studios work and am dedicated to bring you the very best experience with a photographer possible.
At Natures Backdrop, the focus will be on the shots that you want, the candid captures and the priceless moments. You will always recieve the lowest price possible and also any photos of your child/family/pet/event are all yours. Included in the origional price of the session is the disc with all of the photos on it. The copyright to the photos is yours, not mine.
That is the thing I hate most about getting professional photos taken, having to choose between the pictures or pay a ridiculous high price for the copyright.

Introductory prices are as follows:

$50.00 Mini Session-Includes one location, and no clothing changes. This is the simplist and quickest session. It takes 30-45 minutes and you leave with shots from the session on a disc.

$100.00 Standard Session-Includes up to 5 locations(of your choice) and up to 5 clothing changes. This session takes around 2 hours so I have the time to capture the best photos of your family. As with all sessions you leave with the disc in your hand of all the photos taken!

$150.00 Super Session-Unlimited Locations and Unlimited clothing changes. This session is limited to 3 hours. You can choose the locations and I will meet you there. There is an extra charge for mileage over 15 miles...$.10 per mile over 15 to any single location.  Photo disc is yours when session is finished.

I do not offer any "studio shots", all of my portraits will be taken outdoors, or in a location of your choice (In your home in front of christmas tree, wedding location, etc)
At this time I am not offering any prints for order from me. I feel in order to keep the costs down I would rather give you the disc and allow you to make the choices where, how much and when to order prints. I suggest all my customers to use http://www.snapfish.com/ to order prints online. They offer a huge selection for great low prices.

I do offer photo editing or manipulation, cost for the edit is $5.00 per photo edited.

I also reserve the right to use any photos I have taken for my portfolio or this blog, however you will be notified before I use it.

I will start booking sessions anytime, but the first sessions wont be until Sept 2, 2010!

Hope to hear from you all soon!!!

Here are some photos I have taken, unedited, and just snapshots for you to look at.
